Description of problem:
The progress bars for Satellite and RHEV tasks don't move very often, and will stay at 12.7%, 95.5% etc for long periods of time, without any visible progress. The CloudForms progress bar seems to move more consistently. 

Can we get more frequent updates as part of the process?
