(In reply to sohny thomas from comment #0) > Description of problem: > GNOME Keyring often fails to unlock at login in XFCE > It affects applications using the gnome-keyring framework, including > chromium / google chrome. > > The file causing the problem is > /etc/xdg/autostart/gnome-keyring-pkcs11.desktop . The line > OnlyShowIn=GNOME;Unity;MATE > should be changed to > OnlyShowIn=GNOME;Unity;mate MATE is the registrated name at freedesktop. Did you change the password of you account? Keyring and acoount have to be the same password. Nope I have not changed my password from installation time ( about 4 monthsnow) And I specifically remember not having to setup any keyring thingy in gnome. This happens only in mate Fedora 22 changed to end-of-life (EOL) status on 2016-07-19. Fedora 22 is no longer maintained, which means that it will not receive any further security or bug fix updates. As a result we are closing this bug. If you can reproduce this bug against a currently maintained version of Fedora please feel free to reopen this bug against that version.
