Description of problem:
If you want to add screen component to perspective editor, it is not easy to find a screen plugin by name in screen component edit dialog.

BRMS 6.2.0.ER2

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Extensions -> Plugin Management.
2. Create new Perspective plugin and add screen component to a column.
3. Click on the Place Name select element.

Actual results:
Screens plugins are sorted randomly in Place Name parameter.

Expected results:
Screens plugins are sorted alphabetically in Place Name parameter.
