Description of problem:

kmodtool generates rpm files that contains:
Requires(post):   /sbin/depmod
Requires(postun): /sbin/depmod

dnf does not know about the /usr/sbin(/depmod) -> /sbin(/depmod) symlink even if the link already exists (see https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1257713)

Fix is to have Requires /usr/sbin/depmod.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. build a kmod-xxx
2. dnf install kmod-xxx

Actual results:
Error: nothing provides /sbin/depmod needed by kmod-xxx
