Description of problem:
with old chroot:
 mock -r fedora-21-x86_64 --old-chroot --cwd /tmp --chroot 'pwd'

 Init process in the container running as PID 27548.

1. run mock -r fedora-21-x86_64 --new-chroot --cwd /tmp --chroot 'pwd'


Actual results:

Expected results:

Additional info:
As a workaround we can add some notes about the issue in man page.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 24 development cycle.
Changing version to '24'.
