How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Rhel 7 , Register & Subscribe
2. Config Gateway, remove NM, dnsmasq
3. Install rhel-OSP-installer
4. Subnet configure < 192.168.89.0/24> GW = .1, DNSFW= .1 , DHCP = .46(foreman)
5. System bootup with tftp and ends at failed to fetch kickstart from http://installer.demo.lab:80/unattended/provision?<token>

For new deployments, please, use RHOSP director (starting with version 7).
