Description of problem:
There is no license file (eg. COPYING, COPYRIGHT or LICENSE) present in /usr/share/doc/atlas* directory. The license file ought to be part of the main package.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
atlas-3.10.1-10.el7

Steps to Reproduce:
1. look for license file in /usr/share/doc/atlas*

Actual results:
No license file

Expected results:
License file present

After evaluating this issue, there are no plans to address it further or fix it in an upcoming release.  Therefore, it is being closed.  If plans change such that this issue will be fixed in an upcoming release, then the bug can be reopened.
