Unable to access Google Drive: Unsupported authentication method

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Configure a Google account in Gnome settings. Enable all applications.
2. Open Gnome Files (3.17.90)
3. Click the name of the Google account in the list on the left.

Actual results:
Error banner pops up: Unable to access "account" - Unsupported authentication method for account

Expected results:
Google Drive contents are shown.
