Description of problem:
Launching the interactive kdump test, the user is presented with a prompt stating "Ready to restart?" as well as a button labeled "restart".  The two elements have different functionality that is not explained to the user.

How reproducible:
reliably reproducible

Steps to Reproduce:
1. attach a SUT to a certification
2. navigate to the results page for the SUT
3. launch kdump local test.
4. observe two buttons with no distinction between them.

Actual results:
button and prompt both refer to "restart" without explanation.

Expected results:
button and prompt do not both use the same word.  Using "reboot" for the prompt that refers to a system may make the distinction obvious to the user.
