This should properly be done in xserver, since that's what provides glamor now. We're already doing this for the xorg-x11-glamor package but not xorg-x11-glamor-devel, oops. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
