Description of problem:
When creating a new project in anjuta, a warning about missing packages autoconf and automake is issued.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
anjuta-3.16.0-1.fc22.x86_64

How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch anjuta.
2. Create generic minimal C project.

Actual results:
Warning about missing packages autoconf and automake is issued.

Expected results:
Creation of new project completes successfully without warning.

Additional info:
Warning disappears after installing packages autoconf and automake.
