Description of problem:
When generating an answer file the CONFIG_MANILA_SERVICE_IMAGE_LOCATION points to a dropbox link.

First time I see it
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run packstack --gen-answer-file=GEN_ANSWER_FILE
2. Locate CONFIG_MANILA_SERVICE_IMAGE_LOCATION in the answer file.

Expected results:
CONFIG_MANILA_SERVICE_IMAGE_LOCATION should points to an official location with a verification option.

This bug is against a Version which has reached End of Life.
If it's still present in supported release (http://releases.openstack.org), please update Version and reopen.
