Description of problem:
There are a few details that doesn't fit in RDO manager documentation:

Step 7, RHEL ping/light red notice box:
"Download the RHEL 7.1 cloud image" should be:
"Download the RHEL 7.1 KVM Guest Image"

Step 7, whole end of box "RHEL Satellite Registration :class: satellite"
"instack-virt-setup" - this command should be out of satellite box, it's part of step 7, not requred just by satellite option.

This bug is against a Version which has reached End of Life.
If it's still present in supported release (http://releases.openstack.org), please update Version and reopen.
