Title: Configuring the HornetQ Servers for Replication

Describe the issue:
failover-on-shutdown attribute can be configured in HA configuration with replicated journal but it has no effect and is ignore. Backup server always alives if live server is cleanly shutdowned.

Suggestions for improvement:
Remove attribute failover-on-shutdown from configuration of replicated journal and text where it will be mentioned that it's ignored with replicated journal and backup server will always activate.
