Description Ramesh A 2015-10-16 12:43:44 UTC
Description of problem:
Unable to connect html5 console for rhevm vm's with SPICE display

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.4.3.0.20151001120745_d11cf59

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy cfme appliance and manage rhevm environment (rhevm-3.4 or rhevm-3.5)
2. Configure html5 settings
3. Infrastructure ==> Virtual Machines ==> Select any VM running on SPICE display and click on the html5 console button

Actual results:
Does not display the vm in new window (shows blank page) with "Ctrl-Alt-Del" button.
Works fine for VNC display

Upon investigation found the following details:
1. Connecting (unencrypted) to: in white font just below the "Ctrl-Alt-Del" button
2. Developer tools displays the error message stating - "Uncaught ReferenceError: vnc_el is not found"

Refer the screenshot for more details

Expected results:
Should be able to see the vm in html5 console
