Description of problem:
With autologin enabled, the keyring does not unlock user's passwords.

How reproducible:
Every time autologin is enabled.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Enable autologin.
2.Reboot the computer.
3.

Actual results:
Several programs depending on password input either crash, freeze or do not respond at all. Evolution keeps asking for email accounts passwords; mailnag crashes, online accounts does not work.

Expected results:
All programs depending on password input to respond automatically with their already stored passwords.

Today I installed updates 3.18.1-1 for gnome-keyring and gnome-keyring-pam, as well as libgnome-keyring 3.12.0-5. After turning on autologin and restarting my system, the situation remained the same, that is, the bug preventing the unlock of the keyring is still present. So, I turned off autologin again, restarted the system and everything is back to normal.

Updates 3.18.1-2 for gnome-keyring and gnome-keyring-pam appear to have solved this issue. Good job.

I confirm this happens also in Fedora 24, and without the autologin feature if the user has no password.

This message is a reminder that Fedora 23 is nearing its end of life.
Approximately 4 (four) weeks from now Fedora will stop maintaining
and issuing updates for Fedora 23. It is Fedora's policy to close all
bug reports from releases that are no longer maintained. At that time
this bug will be closed as EOL if it remains open with a Fedora  'version'
of '23'.

Package Maintainer: If you wish for this bug to remain open because you
plan to fix it in a currently maintained version, simply change the 'version' 
to a later Fedora version.

Fedora 23 changed to end-of-life (EOL) status on 2016-12-20. Fedora 23 is
no longer maintained, which means that it will not receive any further
security or bug fix updates. As a result we are closing this bug.
