Description of problem:
Installed undercloud with dhcp ranges of 192.0.2.5 to 192.0.2.50
Add 9 baremetal servers and then run introspection

when deploying, the console shows that some servers obtain an DHCP and install the images w/o problems, but others request DHCP and don't get a response from the undercloud.

The following log occurred after a node has failed to obtain an image , and a new node is taken from the pool to deploy the image:

This bug is against a Version which has reached End of Life.
If it's still present in supported release (http://releases.openstack.org), please update Version and reopen.
