Description of problem:

FC2 httpd has "SetHandler type-map" for *.html files beneath
/var/www/manual, but mod_python documentation doesn't provide type-map
files but rather plain *.html files.

Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. With the local httpd started, go to
http://localhost/manual/mod/mod_python/
  
Actual results:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was
unable to complete your request.

mod_python documentation

Additional info:

Will attach small patch for /etc/httpd/conf.d/python.conf that sets
default-handler for mod_python documentation HTML files instead of
type-map.
