Based on certain metric (cpu, memory, http traffic) and threshold value, application will automatically scale up/down 4. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here) Autoscaling functionality will increase the utilization of the available resources and reduce the operational cost for the OSE based PaaS platform. 7.
