This bug blocks 1272324, [DOCS] [3.1] [Use Case] [AEP] Document the Configuration Use Cases for Atomic Enterprise Platform (edit) and has been created to track a part of the total work requested in that bug. This bug has been created so that 1272324 doesn't become confusing.

When we can point to documentation explaining how to deploy a container as a scaled application with a replication controller and load-balancing behind the router for external access (which is, as you can see, a mouthful and maybe not quite yet a mouthful that will be coherent to people uninitiated in the mysteries of AEP), this bug can be closed.
