Description of problem:
Can not input in korean while open kwrite, konqueror in korean locale.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
kde-baseapps-4.10.5-4.el7.x86_64
kwrite-4.10.5-3.el7.x86_64

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start gnome session with ko_KR.
2.Open kwrite and konqueror apps.
3.Input in ko_KR

Actual results:
Getting latin characters instead of korean(ko_KR).

Expected results:
Should be able input in korean.
