Description of problem:

When command is not specified but user is, cifscreds ends with Segmentation fault.

cifs-utils-6.2-7.el7.x86_64

How reproducible:

Deterministic.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run cifscreds -u test

Actual results:

Segmentation fault

Expected results:

Output similar to plain cifscreds -- usage info.

this is fixed in upstream and for RHEL8. Will not fix for RHEL7
