Description of problem:

When deploying host on el7 using the ovirt-release36.rpm, the repo points to a gpg key that does not exist.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. INstall Centos 7 
2. Install ovirt-release36.rpm
3. check /etc/yum.repos.d/ovirt-3.6-dependencies.repo for gpg key url

Actual results:
Install fails

Expected results:
Install is successful

gpgkey=http://download.gluster.org/pub/gluster/glusterfs/LATEST/EPEL.repo/pub.key


 Replace the repo gpg key with the following url

gpgcheck=1
gpgkey=http://download.gluster.org/pub/gluster/glusterfs/3.7/LATEST/pub.key
