Description of problem:
Openstack images SmartState Analysis doesn't work.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Cloud - Providers
2. Select the Openstack provider
3. Click on Relationships - Images
4. Click on one of the images
5. Select Configuration - Perform SmartState Analysis

Actual results:
The following message shows:
Analysis initiated for 1 VM and Instance from CFME Database
There is no data collected.

Expected results:
The action message should mention that analysis was initiated for an image.
Data is being collected from the image. 

Additional info:
No errors show up in the logs.

I was testing this on an invalid image and the fleecing process completed with the error message in the Analysis history. I'll close this one.
