Description of problem:
Ctrl-x on protected file invokes search function (opens search bar)

Fedora Workstation 23 + Files ver. 3.18.1

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. login as non-root user
2. in Files click on protected file - f.e. /bin/sh
3. type ctrl-x

Actual results:
it is invoked search function/bar 

Expected results:
no response

In actual version of Files (nautilus) in Fedora 24 the bug is not present any more.
