Description of problem:
I use fedora 23 workstation and the input method is sogoupinyin that's a chinese input method. I got it from  http://repo.fdzh.org/.  The SELinux allways show the warn When I called input method. The sogoupinyin is very well in fedora 22 workstaion.
SELinux is preventing sogou-qimpanel from 'open' accesses on the file /home/aleaho/.config/fcitx/dbus/c934dd4750dc4c4f8b18ede0f7e8d179-0.
