This is a problem with the gdb.spec - using %attr is one way to fix it.

Hmm, I didn't change the %files section of the gdb.spec in ages, I
wonder what's going on, when I install it, it is readable.

Please push .9 into rawhide.  .8, built the day before, has the problem.

There is no difference between .8 and .9 wrt info files, hence my
questions
