Possibility for sw RAID1 to be configured automatically as an option through Openstack Director deploy on the overcloud nodes supplied with 2 identical disks

Targeting this at least to 9.0 since 8.0 is based on liberty and Hardware* RAID support was introduced in Ironic Mitaka.

Hardware* because we still do not support software RAID upstream, but I believe we could extend the same RAID interface to support both: hardware and software RAIDs.
