Description of problem:
Pre-defined saved filters (fed from db/fixtures/miq_searches.yml) do not work.

How reproducible:
each time

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to Infra-->Vms
2.Select Vm tab or Template tab (not Vm+Templates)
3.Click on a pre-defined saved filter/search


Actual results:
no data shown

Expected results:
filtered entities displayed
