Description of problem:
Upon choosing "Items per page" option, responsive page display is getting altered

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Infrastructure ==> Virtual Machines
2. Click on the "Items per page" option and observe the responsive page behavior


Actual results:
Responsive page gets altered based on drop down value.  The responsiveness is getting altered based on the selected value in the drop down ==> Meaning to say set the page to 20, 100, 500, 1000 and then click on the drop down to see the difference.  Refer the screenshot for further information. 

Expected results:
Pagination should display in terms of the scroll option and it should not alter the user experience by changing the page responsive behavior
