Description of problem:
search function not clear, user may don't know the search goal, the search function in some page is not work. user don't know which one can be use, which one can't be use

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Search "tuition" in Dashboard -> Process & Task Dashboard page. 
2.Search "tuition" in Process Management -> Process Instance page.

Actual results:
In step 1, there is no reaction after click search botton and after step 2 the process instances containing "tuition" are shown

Expected results:
Make the search function clear and I think in some pages the function should be hidden when the function cannot be use.
