Description of problem:
tracker-extract@99%cpu for extended time on laptop causes laptop shutdown

Fedora 23

How reproducible:

tracker-extract  starts on  boot/reboot. 

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual results:

laptop shuts down after 4-5 minutes with 1 cpu running 99%

Expected results:

More moderated cpu usage on reboot

I don't think it's possible. But usually it happens only once after resetting tracker db.
