Description of problem:

Build configuration not getting created  when we select existing build configuration in JBoss Developer Studio

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install JBoss Developer Studio and Openshift 3 tools
   https://access.redhat.com/articles/1609003

2. Then create a project and "import an application" which has a bc in it

3. Then under the Project check the build config 

Actual results:
The build config is not created

Expected results:
The build config shall be created
