Cause: Incorrect pair of binary values for "Totem Network Traffic Encryption" (secauth attribute) in the Network sectio of cluster configuration were assumed: "0" and "1" instead of "on" and "off", respectively. Consequence: Luci would display and possibly store the mentioned configuration option incorrectly. This could also lead to an unexpected behavior. Fix: Luci now assumes correct pair of binary values for the mentioned configuration option. Result: Luci will always display and store the mentioned configuration option correctly.

Seems that totem/@secauth="0|1" as generated by luci is utterly wrong.
Should be "on|off".

There can be more places like this.
