How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login BPMS with admin user in no en_US locale.
2. Click Dashboards -> Process & Task Dashboard.
3. Click Number of tasks per user/Tasks started by date/Tasks completed by date/Process initiated by date tabs check the strings and charts.

Actual results:
Unlocalized strings in charts of Process & Task Dashboard.

Expected results:
They should be localized.
