During start of system / systemctl daemon-reload / container with systemd, error message

Configuration file /usr/lib/systemd/system/auditd.service is marked world-inaccessible. This has no effect as configuration data is accessible via APIs without restrictions. Proceeding anyway.

1. journalctl -f &
2. systemctl daemon-reload

Actual results:

Short answer is that its like this for common criteria. Marking this as a duplicate of another bz which als has information about when it will be fixed.
