Description of problem:
- ansible install should set container log options to rotate the logs.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
- OSE v3.1

How reproducible:
- Current release the installer doesn't set log options to rotate.

Expected results:
- Ansible installer set default log rotation options.
