FC3 test 2 (well, rawhide from a few days ago), gnome-media-2.7.92.ppc has this fixed. However, there was never an update for FC2, or getting it fixed there I can reproduce the bug on FC2/i386. Using a gnome-media-2.7.92-7 rebuilt on an otherwise unmodified FC2 seems remedy this issue. Starting gnome-cd from an original rawhide gnome-media-2.7.92-7.i386.rpm on an unmodified FC2 raises an error message: $ gnome-cd (gnome-cd:26518): GLib-CRITICAL **: file gstrfuncs.c: line 1727 (g_ascii_strcasecmp): assertion `s1 != NULL' failed As this rawhide package installed without any warning nor error message, this indicates a packaging bug. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 122490 *** Changed to 'CLOSED' state since 'RESOLVED' has been deprecated. |
