Description of problem:
Upgrade of gnome-applets in FC3T1 to rawhide gives numerous errors
sililar to:

/usr/share/gnome/help/wireless/fr/wireless.xml:38: parser error :
Entity 'legal' not defined
&legal;
       ^
/usr/share/gnome/help/wireless/fr/wireless.xml:45: parser error :
Entity 'Eacute' not defined
               <firstname>&Eacute;quipe de documentation</firstname>
                                  ^

How reproducible:
Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
1. update gnome-applets

3.
    

Actual Results:  Numerous parser errors

Expected Results:  Error free update.

Not seeeing this with gnome-applets-2.6.2.1-2 and very latest rawhide.
Presuming its fixed, whatever it was.
