Description of problem: Having set desktop background to a jpeg image,
I then leave the computer, it goes into power save mode.
When I wake it up, the background is set to a nonsense pattern, not an image at all. Set it again, it happens again after power save.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set background to an image in ~/Pictures
2. Leave computer for 15 minutes.
3. Wake up computer. Background no longer set

Actual results:

image changes between sessions


Expected results:
 Background to remain stable

Worked with F21 prior to new install on new hardware two weeks ago

Background 'noise' when computer 'woken'

Expected results: Same background

Additional info: Bug 1202053  extended. Still same in F22

Possible info (unproven). If twin monitors are both powered up when 
the system is woken, the problem does not show.
