Reproduced in RC9 - RHCI-6.0-RHEL-7-20160208.1-RHCI-x86_64-dvd1.iso If there is only one deployment at the RHCI Installer -> Deployments page, the search box does not work. However, I added a second one and searching and filtering worked as expected. When I deleted the second deployment, it stopped working again. It is questionable of how much use would the search box be if only one deployment is present, but I think it should work consistently and filter results always and independently of how much deployments are currently there. Checked into this BZ in the latest dev environment and was unable to reproduce. Searching with multiple deployments successfully narrowed the list. Searching with a single deployment would show the deployment if the search pattern matched. Moving to ON_QA. Verified on QCI-1.1-RHEL-7-20161004.t.0. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
