Description of problem:
1. Refresh rate
When registering two nodes at the same time, the refresh rate of the page seems to double. This might cause unwanted situation with the progress bars being unable to load and display due to lack of time between the page refreshes. I propose we introduce stable refresh rate for any number of currently registering nodes.

2. Progress bar order
When registering two nodes at the same time, the progress bar order of display seems to change at random after each page refresh. I propose we show the progress bars in order how they were submitted for registration, and keep this order across page refreshes.

Both of the issues are resolved in TP3 RC2.
