Description of problem:
Inconsistent menu Storages with en_US under Infrastructure->Datastores.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login cfme with no en_US locale.
2. Click Infrastructure-> Storages

Actual results:
In no en_US locale, it's Infrastructure-> Storages, but in en_US, it's Infrastructure->Datastores.

Expected results:
Should be keep the consistent with en_US.

Fixed in 5.6, moving to ON_QA for verification.

Verified on 5.6.0.7-beta2. It is Compute->Infrastructure->Datastores now.
Marking as verified as of now.
