Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install CentOS 7.1, rdo-release-kilo-1 and openstack-packstack
2. packstack --allinone
3.

Actual results:

ERROR : Error appeared during Puppet run: x.x.x.x_mongodb.pp
Error: Unable to connect to mongodb server! (x.x.x.x:27017)
You will find full trace ...

Expected results:
successful packstack install

This bug is against a Version which has reached End of Life.
If it's still present in supported release (http://releases.openstack.org), please update Version and reopen.
