Description Brian Brock 2015-12-07 21:06:19 UTC
Description of problem:
Running the USB test, sometimes the USB2 test will give the result INCOMPLETE even when all tests run to completion without error

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
redhat-certification-2.1-20151204.el7.noarch
redhat-certification-hardware-1.7.1-20151113.el7.noarch

How reproducible:
seems reliable with these versions, no workaround yet

Steps to Reproduce:
1. launch the USB2 test in a hardware certification
2. follow the prompts for removing the usb key, clicking 'yes' after each instruction is complete for each USB2 socket tested
3. check results with the following screen continue until testing completes

Actual results:
USB2 test given INCOMPLETE result with no test results in .xml for result

Expected results:
USB2 test passes and includes logs of test
