Description of problem:
It's currently possible to set the archive/host to be used when creating a context with pmSetOptionArchive/pmSetOptionHost but there is no corresponding support to use the local context. This is certainly low prio.

Somehow this BZ was overlooked from the previous PCP release, but it has been fixed for some time now (by Marko, commit 3287ecd7b).
