Description of problem: For ja_JP  locale, an error occurred when domain creation was cancelled. Not observed on en_US. Following was the error message(translation)-

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to reports portal with ja_JP locale
2. click on create domain.
3. click on cancel

Actual results:
An error occurs.

Expected results:
There should not be any error.
