Fixed in CVS. Fixed package is 5.2.1-19. Thanks for the report. coreutils-5.2.1-19 can not be installed on core 1, please help. It should work fine on FC1. # rpm -Uvh coreutils-5.2.1-19.i386.rpm

Because I download the coreutils from gnu and complie it, the cut has no this problem.
