Can you look to see if there are any errors on tty4 or tty5? ok assuming i havent muddled myself tty4 gave this: <4>end_request: I\O error, dev hde, sector "alot of numbers" ^^ that is repeated for the whole page tt5: has 2 warnings Warning: could not read block 0: attempt to read block from file system resulted in shortread ext2fs_mkdir: attempt to read block from file system resulted in shortread yer Fedora Core 2 has now reached end of life, and no further updates will be provided by Red Hat. The Fedora legacy project will be producing further kernel updates for security problems only. If this bug has not been fixed in the latest Fedora Core 2 update kernel, please try to reproduce it under Fedora Core 3, and reopen if necessary, changing the product version accordingly. Thank you. |
