Description of problem:
Add helper service (nfs-ganesha-config) and a script to pre-process the config options  provided in '/etc/sysconfig/ganesha' and copy the final values to '/run/sysconfig/ganesha' (as done similarly by kernel nfs-config service).

This bug is to track the changes and include test results.
